We recenUy received a letter from Lisa Hopper dated 09/25/03 stating that our Building Permit was to
expire on 10/28/03 and that an Inspection Is required to closeout the project. From communication with
the Contractor, we are In understanding that the Jastltem preventing the project from closing out Is that
our emergency egress lighting needs to meet minimum footcandle levels. We have performed the
testing end necessary changes 10 meet the code required levels. I have attached a copy of the report for
your records. The contractor will likely be coordinating the f1nallnspectlon(s) and any other Information
needed to close out the project with the City of Springfield. Please inform us if we can be of any further
assistance.
