THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER TO ESTABLISH THE
EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN A WARRANTY DEED
RECORDED MARCH 20. 2008 INSTRUMENT NO. 2008-015486 LANE COUNTY OREGON OFFICIAL
RECORDS AND TO FURTHER SUBDIVIDE SAID PROPERTY INTO FIVE LOTS IN ACCORDANCE
WITH O.R.S. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR A LAND USE APPlICA TION
APPROVED UNDER CITY OF SPRINGFIELD CASE NO.SUB2008-00022. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS
DEFINED BY THE NORTH MARGIN OF HIGH BANKS ROAD PER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEED

THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 28 FALLS WITHIN .REASONABLE . TOLERANCES
COMPARED TO THE RECORD DATA PER C.S.F. NO. 11340, GIVEN THE TIME PERIOD C.S~F.NO.
11340 WAS INITIALLY PERFORMED. SUBSEQUENT SURVEYS OF PROPERTIES ABUTTING THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY HOLD THE POSITION OF THE MONUMENTS PLACED IN C.S.F. NO. 11340 TO
ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARY' LINES OF THEIR SURVEYS. LINES OF OCCUP A TIONOF THE
