The following clarifications are submitted in response to our telephone conversation regarding
the project Notice of Decision - Site Plan Review, as an Addenda with the following item

Condition 3 - Trash enclosure concrete slab to have a 4" x 4" curb on 3 sides of the sla
at the perimeter edge (as per Eric Walter) and a 6 foot cedar fence on three sides and t e
gated entrance. The Trash enclosure roof was reviewed and accepted by Eric Wal
