. UGB partition, City Surveyor Does Not Sign Mylars
These documents are the only ones the Survey Division requires for the Final Plat
submission and filing.

Office at the time of final submittal for recording. The purpose is primarily to notifY that office of which items need to be
recorded simultaneously with the plat, but it also serves to remind the developer/surveyor that these documents need to be
