Per the Notice of Decision issued on April 29, 2008, the following responses are
made:

Load calculations are attached to verify the application of fire truck axle
-loads.to the flexible pavers.

The drawings have been modified to reflect placement of curb painting,
fire lane stenciilng; .and vertical signage.
The driveway width and thrgat depth have been modified on the revised
site plans
Sheet LI.O indicated the VCT, as it was expected that landscape materials
would pose the chief sources of obstruction. .
This is to be deferred until 8-18-08 or such time as SUB representatives
can process the owner's exemption.
This will be conditioned on occupancy.
