Dear Linda,
The following clarifications are submitted in response to OlJr telephone conversation regarding
the project Notice of Decision - Site flan Review, as an Addenda with the following item
clarifications:
I. Condition.! - O.K.
2. Condition 2 - O.K.
3. Condition 3 - Trash enclosure concrete slab to have a 4" x 4" curb on 3 sides of the slab
at the perimeter edge (as per Eric Walter) and a 6 foot cedar fence on three sides and the.
gated entrance. The Trash enclosure roof was reviewed and accepted py Eric Walter.
4. Condition 4 - O.K.
5. . Condition 5 - The private vegetated water quality swale shall be fully vegetated and
visibly show fully seeded and maturing growth prior to issuance of anpccupancy permit.
6. Condition 6 - O.K. '- .
7. Condition T- PUE forms have been submitted to.John Driscoll at City Public Works.
