Linda,
I reviewed final site plan and all public works related conditions, The only remaining issue is with Condition 3 where the
trash enclosure needs to be covered, It appears the plans may be showing a hip roof; however it is not entirely clear. All
other conditions have been reviewed and satisfied, And, to specifically address your concems below: I met with Jeff
Paschall and we have determined that condition 1 has been met. Condition 3 is still outstanding (issue above), The
stormwater operation and maintenance plan is approved as submitted,

Comments were due on the 25th,
. Per condition 1 the site frontage improvements must be consistent with the 42nd CIP project. The design has been
revised in the Final. Did you review this with Jeff to make sure the sidewalk is shown correctly?
. Has condition 3 been met?
. Is the stormwater operations and maintenance manual acceptable?
I'll assume all PW conditions are met if I don't receive a reply, I will be contacting the applicant tomorrow with the required
additions/changes necessary for Final Site Plan approval.
