labeled and not the rest of the easement? You don't actually need to label any lines on the easemeni

. On the Surveyor's Certificate, line 3, it says the iron pipe is "as set in the Adams Plat', I don't see
anywhere on the Adams Plat where it says what they set at the corners or if indee~ they set anything, Do
you want to certify that the % IP is set by the Adams Plat? I would suggest taking that out and just saying it
is ""marking the corner of Lot 28 of the Adams Plat Subdivision,." like you already ,have in the next line.
. On the Declaration, line 6, please add "Joint-Use" to the easement . I,

With r,gard to this Subdivision please have Mr. Betz address the following:
I. Please change Title Block to replat"Lot 29" of Adams Plat
2. The bearing to the Fd 5/8" at the SW comer Lot I app\,ars to be reversed.
3.. Change the Concurrence to read "subdividing". Three Deeds of Trust appear on the Titl~ report as well as several
easements not shown on the Plat. I'.
