The PUE can be used as long as the utilities are not the private sanitary lines or storm lines. And if the PUE
shown does not exist than we should have them cliange it to proposed so that the changes get made.

I was curious about the proposed joint use trench and whether it can be run along the Parcel 1 frontage inside the
7-foot PUE. Although they show a PUE extending along South 37th Street, there's nothing showing on the title
report, so it probably doesn't exist - they will have to dedicate it.
