I have reviewed the application for subdivision plat for all DRe conditions and it appears all c6nditions have been met
with the exception to the following: .
. PW Condition: The applicant shall remove the proposed private catch basin from the PUE. Alternatively, the applicant

can obtain utility concurrence from the affected utilities for the placement of the catch basin within the PUE.

The applicant indicated that they have obtained concurrence letters from all affected utilities; however, Public Works
Engineering has only received and has on file only one utility concurrence from SUB Electric. ii Once Public works
Engineering receives the remaining concurrence letters; the plat application can approved.
