No.: Z4627LD Building Permit No.: COM2008-01595 Type of Inspection: Wedge Anchors Weather: Inside/Showers Field Observations and Comments As requested, a PSI representative was on-site to perform inspection of wedge anchors in rack system base plates at' the following locations: outside storage area, west rack, old rack system, The Hilti KB-TZ %"x5W wedge anchors were torqued to the manufacturer's recommendation of 110ft Ibs 100% of the bolts was checked.
