The City received a complaint that the property listed above is in violation of a Springfield City Code andlor
ordinance. Rather than issuing a citation or taking immediate legal ?ction, it is the City's standa'rd practice to
inform citize'ns of the violation, and request that it be corrected.
SPECIFIC VIOLATION: Section 5,17'155 Maintaining the Use of the Springfield Development Code. Parking is
occurring on this portion of the u~developed land. ' .'

REQUIRED CORRECTION: Cease all parking on the undeveloped lot. Finding #8 of the Property Line
Adjustment approval (SUB2008-00024) required that: Any future development. on the consolidated parcel
(including but not limited to developing a formal driveway access'and,parking lot along the Game Farm Road
frontage) would be subject to the site plan modification provisions' of SDC 5,17-145. Contact Springfield

In order to avoid actions being taken against you or your property we encourage you to proceed quickly. In the
event that you have not taken corrective action by the assigned time deadline, a civil infraction citation will.be
issued to the resident andlor property owner. Civil Infraction fines: $500.00 first 0Ilense/$1000.00 second
off~nse. Each day a violation continues constttutes a separate ?ffense and' citations can be,issued daily.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLIANCE: Seven (7) days from the date of this notice to cease use of this undeveloped
section of land for all parking.,
