Green Women's Care Properties, LLC 3100 MLK Jr. Parkway Springfield, OR 97477 Re: Property Line Adjustment to include abandoned railroad right-of-way into the Women's Care property Dear Dr. Green, The City of Springfield provided conditional approval of the subject adjustment on June 16, 2008 under Case No. SUB2008-00024 (copy attached). In order to complete the conditions, please return signed and notarized originals of the following documents: I. The Property Line Adjustment Deed. 2. The Bargain and Sale Deed for dedication of additional right-of-way along Game Fann Road South. 3. The Public Utility Easement over the property that is being conveyed to Women's Care Properties, LLC. 4. The 30-foot Public Trail Easement extension overthe property that is being conveyed to Women's Care Properties, LLC. 5. The 25"foot Emergency Access and Multiuse Path Easement and 4.45-foot wide Public Slope Easement extensions over the property that is to be conveyed to Women's Care Properties, LLC. A final Property Line Adjustment Survey Map has been prepared that shows the adjusted Parcels and monuments that were set for the adjusted line. This map will be filed immediately following recordation of the above documents. I'll be on vacation for two weeks starting Tuesday, June 22'd and would like to record the Property Line Adjustment Documents before I leave. If the signed documents are returned by tomorrow, I should be able. to acquire city signatures and record the documents by Monday, June 23"'. Please call when the docUments are ready for pick up.
