I Mr. Dennis Ernst CITY OF SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENTSER~CESDEPARTMENT 225 Fifth Street Springfield, OR 97477 Re: Property Line Adjustment at 3 100 MLK, Jr. Parkway Case No. SUB2008-00024 Dear Dennis: With regards to the subject Property Line Adjustment we have attached a copy of our letter to Andy Limbird that addresses the Conditions of Approval along with copies of the Property Line Adjustment Survey Map and final documents for your review and approval prior to submitting to the county for recordation. Please note that w~ will need checks for the following filing and recording fees: I. $100.00 payable to "Lane County Surveyor" for the Survey Map filing fee. 2. $170.00 payable to "Lane County Deeds and Records" for the document recording fees. The adjusted line has been monumented. The above documents have been provided to Women's Care for signatures. The documents win then be provided to the City for signature before recordation. Conditions of approval as noted in the Notice of Decision dated June 16,2008 have been addressed as noted on the attached. I'll be on vacation for two weeks starting Tuesday, June nnd and would like to record the Property Line Adjustment Documents before I leave.
