A Bargain and Sale Deed for the portion of Game Farm Road to be dedicated as
public street right-of-way was recorded January 21, 2009 at Recorder's Number
2009-002970. A copy of the recorded document is attached.

Easement documents entitled "25.00-Foot Public Emergency Access and Multiuse
Path Easement and 4.45-Foot Wide Public Slope Easement" and "30.00-Foot Public
Trail Easement" were recorded January 21, 2009 at Recorder's Numbers 2009-
092973 and 2009-002972 respectively. One copy each of the two recorded
documents are attached.

A 60.00-foot wide Public Utility Easement across the affected portion of the
abandoned railway ROW was recorded January 21, 2009 at Recorder's Number
2009-00297 I. A copy of the recorded document is attached.
SDC 5.15-140- FINAL SURVEY SUBMITTAL, COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL AND RECORDATION OF DOCUMENTS
A. A Final Survey has been prepared, stamped and signed by an Oregon registered Land
Surveyor in accordance with ORS 92.01O(7)(b), ORS 92.060(3) and ORS 209.250.
B. A copy of the Final Survey is attached along with copies of the conditioned documents as
noted in the above summary. .
C. The final survey map was recorded November 25, 2008 as CSF 41296 to meet ORS
requirements to cover monuments that were set for this property line adjustment. A copy of
the recorded map is attached.
D. The Property Line Adjustment Deed was recorded January 21,2009 at Recorder's Number
2009-002969. A copy of the recorded document is attached. The deed contains the names
of the parties, the description of the adjusted line, reference to the original recorded
documents, and signatures of all parties with I'OUI''''' acknowledgments. The deed also
identifies the Planning File Number and contains a statement declaring that the purpose of
the deed is for a Property Line Adjustment. Reference to the affected properties by tax map
and tax lot number are included in addition to reference by legal description.
E. A copy of the recorded Final Survey, the recorded Poul''''''] Line Adjustment Deed, the
recorded Bargain and Sale Deed, and of each of the three recorded easement deeds are
attached.
