Lissa,
I'm acceptant of the plat as long as the following issues are met:
1) Vision clearance triangles:
Street trees and/or on-site vegetation shall be placed qr relocated as necessary to maintain
adequate vision clearance triangles at the corners of all site driveways per SDC 4.2-130,
2) Enlarge Easement:
The north end of the easement does not give. adequate room for the owner of Lot ? (theNW lot) to
access his property.
3) Driveway Issue:
SDC 4.2-120 (C) requires that driveways be designed as specified in Public Works Standard
Construction Specifications, which contains Standard Drawing 3-19 of that requires that driveway
approach wings be a minimum distance of one foot from the projected property line. .
Configure driveway access to ensure that driveway. approach wings do not encroach beyond
the projected property boundaries in compliance with Standard Drawing 3-19 of the Standard
Construction Specifications, as is required by SDC 4.2-120 (C).

Could you put it in memo form for the applicant/agent? And yes, I will need a tutoring session, at your
convenience, of course.

Lissa/Steve, .
I will not be attending this afternoon's Pre-Submittal meeting as I have a higher priority at the moment
As long as the vision clearance triangles are met for the driveways-and as long as the driveway aprons do not
encroach to within closer than 1 foot of the extended property lines, I have no issues with this plat (Lissa, feel'
free to ask if you don't understand that I can show'you the SDC code and place in our construction manual for
that requirement)
Yours truly,
