(theNW lot) to access his property. 3) Driveway Issue: SDC 4.2-120 (C) requires that driveways be designed as specified in Public Works Standard Construction Specifications, which contains Standard Drawing 3-19 of that requires that driveway approach wings be a minimum distance of one foot from the projected property line. . Configure driveway access to ensure that driveway. approach wings do not encroach beyond the projected property boundaries in compliance with Standard Drawing 3-19 of the Standard Construction Specifications, as is required by SDC 4.2-120 (C). flon- .
