Lissa,
I reviewed the Pre-submittal package for the plat application on the Wooten Subdivision and all appears
to be in order with the exception of the following condition that did not appear to be addressed. It
appears they are still showing a joint use "access only" easement where the easement does not appear to
include provisions for the private utilities such as water service and storm water pipes:
PW Condition: The plans current indicate a 26' wide joint use access easement but this easement is also
includes utilities such as water line and storm water line. Prior to approval of the Final Plat, the
applicant shall revise the current plans that show the 26' wide joint use easement to also include
provisions for the needed private utilities.
Other than this, we are good to go. See you at the Pre-submittal meeting tomorrow.
