Dear Dennis & Chris,
With regard to this Subdivision, please have Mr. Krush address the following:
1. Please request fonmal approval of the subdivision name.
2. Remove "chair from the Commissioner's signature line.
3: Label a Basis of Bearing.
4. Give a width to CIL for "H" Street.
5. Correct the title block to read "NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Section 36, T17S, R3W."
6. Th!?re is extra verbiage in line 6 of Narrative (... was held...). Typo in line 5 of legend (...reference point)
7. Provide an updated title report prior to final approval.
8. Taxes for 2008-2009 must be pre-paid prior to final approval. Please submit Tax Workup request to A& 1.
9. Fees due at the time of Recording (Two checks, please)
