The subject site is a 60 feet wide and al'l'~u"jmately 180 feet long as it shown on Assessor's map<17-02-33-44. It terminates by the easterly right-of"walline of Bob Straub Parkway and by the westerly right-of-way line of Daisy Street / 57 Place.
