Thomas Fox Properties partition plat SUB2008-00035. We have received a letter req!Jesting the release of the
security deposit for street trees of $1,240,00, I am waiting to hear back from Planner, Lissa Davis, ifall
conditions have been met pertaining to the planting, Lissa is out of the office today, but I hope to catch up
with her tomorrow, As soon as she has given me the OK we will begin the refunding!'process,
