Dear Mr. Bennett:
This letter will confirm the status of the mobile home located at 480 Mallard
Street. The mobile home may continue to function as a caretaker and night
watchman's quarters at 480 Mallard Street as a Non~Conforming Use. The
continued use of this mobile home is subject to the condition of approval
by Lane County that if the septic system fails the mobile home shall be
removed. Additionally, the mobile home is subject to the conditions identified
in Article 5 of the Springfield Development Code which pertains to Non-Conforming
Uses.
