Oregon 97477 Dear Owner or Manager: , A recent observation of your business property located at 7095 Main Street, Springfield Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Code: Section 9-7-22 (3) 3. of the Springfield Sign Ordinnace requires portable signs to be in conformance with special setback requirements of the Springfield Zoning Ordinance. The portable sign located at the above referenced address must be placed a minimum of 10' back from the front property line (required front yard setback) . A Springfield Traffic Technician recently observed this property and determined that the portable sign is a potential traffic vision hazard in that it may ob- struct the view of traffic moving east on Main Stree':. In addition, the "Good-; will" drop box may also cause a traffic vision clearance problem. Therefore, upon receipt of this letter, the above described conditions must be corrected ,in order to conform to City Codes. Unless you comply with this requirement or show, ,;cause why it should not be complied with, further action will, be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
