Sprin9field. Oregon 97477
Dear Owner or Manager:
, A recent observation of your business property located at 7095 Main Street, Springfield
Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Code:
Section 9-7-22 (3) 3. of the Springfield Sign Ordinnace requires portable signs
to be in conformance with special setback requirements of the Springfield Zoning
Ordinance. The portable sign located at the above referenced address must be
placed a minimum of 10' back from the front property line (required front yard
setback) .
A Springfield Traffic Technician recently observed this property and determined
that the portable sign is a potential traffic vision hazard in that it may ob-
struct the view of traffic moving east on Main Stree':. In addition, the "Good-;
will" drop box may also cause a traffic vision clearance problem.
Therefore, upon receipt of this letter, the above described conditions must be corrected
,in order to conform to City Codes. Unless you comply with this requirement or show,
,;cause why it should not be complied with, further action will, be taken under the Codes
of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.
Sincerely,
flJtc'~'--r~
