(GENERAL)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9-7-17, MAP NO.2, 1-5 MALL/SPORTS FACILITY
& COMMERCIAL SIGN DISTRICTS, OF THE SPRINGFIELD CITY CODE.
THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Chapter 9, Article 7, Subsection 17, Map No, 2 of the
Springfield City Code is hereby amended as follows:
In order to allow signage to the two southern properties located adjacent
to the Gateway Mall, and the possible separate pad sites at the Gateway
Mall, a revision is made to Article 7, Map No.2 of the Springfield Sign
Code to exclude Reference Number 17032200, Tax Lots 02305 and 02306 and
Mall Pad Sites from the 1-5 Mall/Sports Facility & Commercial Sign
Districts.
ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Springfield this 2nd
of May , 1994, by a vote of 6 for and 0 against.
