I 1.)The increase in traffic on our road that is no~ currently maintained on a regular basis. additional street wont mentioned I understand that the other property owners .do not ~ant to pitch in to have a paved road, side walks and street lights due the possibility of increas~q traffic, the cost that the home owners would have to pay, and the fact that from my understanding they like the quietness of the street. I personaltY don't mind the graveled road it it was taken care of on a regular basis (whichi~' it is not) I wish/ we could have at least 1 street light down here, but I know the cost of the street light is far more than, 1 home owner could handled, and we home owners wouid have to pay for it and I understand most do not want to bear the cost pf the installation.
