Here is the copy of the PUE form for the City. Please note, it needs to be printed out on legal size (8 'h x 14")
paper. I have discussed the submittal of this form with Andy Limbird, planner, and he is OK with it's use for the
plat. If you have questions about what to put in the blanks let me know or Krush can complete it and get it filed.
He will need to know the recording number when it is filed with the County Recorder, so the number can be
referenced on the plat. .
Of course before recording, it will need to be signed by the City Surveyor (for acceptance by the City) so either
you or Marv can contact me when this is ready, and I will get Dennis to sign it.
