LANE COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE COMMENTS
Dear Dennis & Chris,
With regard to this Partition, please have Mr. Krush address the following:
1. Please remove the elL notation on Union Terrace. Label the private road lothe south "Booth Kelly Rd".
. 2. Two different Springfield plan~ing numbers are given.
3. There are slight differences between the distances shown for the south & west lines in the Certificate and those noted on the map. It appears that
record is used instead of measured.
4. Since CSF# 6642 was not a subdivision plat, the title block should read "A Replat ora portion ofLat 48 ofE.H.Hinshaw Plat.'.."
5. Taxes for 2008-2009 are due prior to final approvaL Please submit a Tax workup request to A & T.
6. Fees due (twochecks,please)
A. Recording Fee: $61.+ Documents
B. Processing Fee: $500

The only additional comment I have to add is on the Title you say it's a "replat .... of the E.H. Hinishaw Plat" and it
should be "E. M. Hinshaw"
After you have made these County suggested edits and our suggested edit, please submit.another paper copy.
Also, please notify me when the site is ready for a field check (all monuments set, visible and flagged) so we can
get that completed and let you know if there are any edits to the plat needed before requesting the mylars.
