Dear Mr. Syrios,
I checked with our surveyors and I am told that the paper plat currently under pre-submittal review was submitted
to the City by your surveyor on November 12, 2008. As of today it is deemed ready for a field check of the pins.
which is one of the last surveying steps for final plat pre-submittal activities. The results of the field check and any
minor revisions will be conveyed to your surveyor asap after the field check. Assuming your surveyor will be able
to make the last plat tweaks asap and prepare the final mylar, you will be ready for submittal of the Final Plat
Application, including a response to all land use decision conditions of approval, the aforementioned mylar and
fees to Planning (+/- $2810.85) by next week.
When Andy verifies the conditions have ~een met I will sign the Plat and other documents. Then you are off to the
. County for filing (less a few of their fees). Returning copies of the filed documents to the City completes the
process.
