I. In the declaration, the third line the word width is misspelled.
2. In the title indicate that this is a replat of Lot E of the Subdivision of Lot 48 of the E.
H. Himshaw Plat.
3. Note your affidavit of consent on the plat. (a Concurrence Statement)
4. Show page number in the lower right comer (Sheet I of 1)
5. Submit the final signed copies of the Improvernent Agreernent and the Affidavit of
Consent. Check with your planner to make sure all the right boxes are checked for
the required improvements on the Improvement Agreement.
6. In the detail box, shouldn't the easement benefit Parcel I?
7. I don't see the easement for item 3 of the title report. Please show if possible or note
it.
8. As I haven't seen comment back from the County on this, please make sure you have
sent them a copy to review.
9. Please contact this office when you have set the monurnents indicated on the plat and
you are ready for a field check. A updated title report will need to be submitted with
the mylars.
