I understand that Troy is overnighting revi~ed pages to reflect curbing at the Lot 1400 line, rather than granting
an access easement It is my turn to apologize regarding that misunderstanding on our end between Troy's
office and mine,
I believe that with that change the reference in item #2, Page 1 to "", and joint access easements"," can be
stricken, We previously mitigated the joint access on Game Farm by virtue of adding a curb-cut on our
property and by agreeing with the Fire Marshall to constnuct the building to certain High Rise Building codes,
Shall I simply line through and initial that wording, or remove them altogether from the Word document prior to
executing, Or would you prefer to generate the new document?
