Vern: The Final Site Plan application fee is 10% of the original site plan application fee (which was $3,960) pius
a 5% tech fee. I.calculate the fees to be
$396,00 + $19.80 = $415,80, There is an application form for Final Site Plan that can be found here:

Please ensure the form is completed: signed and submitted along with the check, We have already received
