Access: A joint use access agreement shall be required with the neighboring property owner to
the west for fire access to the west side of the proposed hotel (2004 Springfield Fire Code
503.1,1).
Fire apparatus access roads shall support an 80,000 lb. imposed load per 2004 Springfield

located on the west side of the proposed hotel. If this is not workable, another hydrant shall be
