TroyNern: The cover letter ,,!ith the Final Site Plan submittal for the Embassy Suites Hotel states that
landscaping and architectural plans are to be submitted under separate cover, However, these plan sheets have
not yet been received, and the submittal is not considered complete for purposes of preparing a Development
Agreement and subsequently issuing building permits, The City'also requires confirmation from ODOT regarding
the drainage issue noted in Condition 6 and draft utility and access easement documents for review by the City
Surveyor's office (Conditions 2 and 26), Please ensure these outstanding items are submitted to the City prior to
the Final Site Plan submittal deadline of October 2,2007, If you have any questions please contact me by email
