Please review the attached Type I MDS application for any issues or concerns and return comments to me
by Monday April 27.
This application is for a change of use for a commercial building from a Payday Loan store and various
commercial/warehouse tenants to a mixed martial arts academy, gym al!d fight club at 2600 Main Street.
This property was reviewed and approved under Site Plan Review Jo# 1996-06-0120 to construct a
commercial warehouse, storage, office and retail sales building in 1996. No addition to the building or
'new impervious surface is proposed. Thanks everyone for your tirJ!ely review!
Chris and Gilbert: C0M2009-00218 is The BP for the tenant infill. It's my understanding that they are
not planning on making the changes proposed under that permit. However, since this is a change of use
and possibly a change of occupancy you might have concerns.
