Do to the nature of this submittal and the short time allotted for review, I will give my comments in a less formal
manner. I am addressing the area that it is directly affecting Building C, as the applicant owns Bays 1-3.
The position of the new parking stalls meets the required 24 feet of aisle width (SDC Table 4'.6-1).
The dimensions of the new parking spaces are not shown, but will need to comply with the dimensions found in SDC
Table 4.6-1. (The widths of parking stall 9 is clearly too narrow on the site plan.)
The SDC's may have to be increased slightly, so if Engineering has any need for assistance with that, I am available.
If I visit the site before Friday, I will notify you of any additional matters that arise.
