In order to ascertain that the proposed users) conform(s) to the applicable building safety codes, a code summary and floor plans detailing the use and occupant load of each space, the exit access travel distance(s) from the most remote point(s) in eath space and the exit arrangement must be submitted for review. Even if the occupancy classification does not change, the specific use determines occupant load among other things, and requires review. Other details may be required as applicable.
