NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO SET AN ADJUSTED LINE
BETWEEN LOTS 8 & 9 OF SPERRY ADDITION. THE BASIS OF THIS
SURVEY ARE THE FOUND 1/2" IRON PIPES FOUND PER THE PLAT OF
SPERRY ADDITION. MONUMENTS "A" AND "B" WERE HELD FOR THE
WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF "20TH" STREET AND MONUMENT "C" WAS
HELD FOR THE CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 7, 8,9, AND 10.
MONUMENTS ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF "H" STREET
WERE SEARCHED FOR BUT NOT FOUND. I THEREFORE HELD THE
RECORD BEARING AND DISTANCES FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
LOT CORNERS ALONG "H" STREET. THE ADJUSTED LINE WAS
LOCATED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND TO
MAINTAIN A 10' SETBACK TO THE RESIDENCE ON LOT 10.
