inspection during construction for the above listed project .
Our project file(s) indicate that PSI Special Inspection(s) activities listed below were conducted as
scheduled from March 24, 2008 through April 17, 2009. This letter represents a.,summary of work
observed and reported by PSI representative(s) and the resolution of any documented noncompliance.

workmanship provisions of the State Building Code and Standards. '.
