Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were,icleaned with water, a brush and compressed air. Verified minimum embed depth of 6". All reinforcing steel was secured with Hilti Hit' HY-150 Max epoxy adhesive (ICBO-ER 5193/ expiration date 0812009). ' To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated 03-12-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the LBC., except if noted above.
