ORDINANCE NO. 5694 (GENERAL)
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SEWER ANrr DRAINAGE CHARGES INCLUDING RATES AND
AMENDING SECTION 3-3-3 OF THE SPRINGFIELD CODE 1965.
THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 3-3-3, Subsection (2)(c)i of the Springfield Code 1965 is
amended as follows:
Section 2: Section 3-3-3, Subsection (3)(b)i of the Springfield Code 1965 is
amended as follows:
i. Beginning July 1, 1993 monthly drainage user fees shall be
determined as follows:
a. All real property, with the exteption of single family
dwellings, shall be charged $2.09 plus the product of the property area (in
square feet), runoff coefficient, and $0.000491 per square foot.
b. Single family dwellings shall eath p~y $3.70.
