CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. qn-?O
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING INSURANCE CLAIMS PROCEEDS IN THE GENERAL FUND AND
A GRANT IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, AND TRANSFERRING AND RE-APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN
THE GENERAL FUND, THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, THE INSURANCE FUND, THE TRANSIENT
ROOM TAX FUND, THE METRO WASTEWATER FUND, THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT FUND, THE
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND, THE SDC PROJECTS FUND, AND THE DEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1995-96 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by Resolution No.
95-48 dated June 19, 1995; and
WHEREAS, insurance claims proceeds and a grant need to be recognized and appropriated,
WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as follows:
Section 1. The recognition and appropriation of insurance claims proceeds in the General Fund and the
recognition and appropriation of grants in the Special Revenue Fund.

transferred and re-appropriated in the General Fund, the Special Revenue Fund, the Insurance Fund, the Transient
Room Tax Fund, the Metro Wastewater Fund, the Vehicle and Equipment Fund, the Emergency Medical Services
