CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 96-8
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING GRANTS IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, AND
TRANSFERRING AND RE-APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE GENERAL FUND, THE STREET
FUND, THE SEWER OPERATIONS FUND, THE METRO WASTEWATER FUND, THE
VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT FUND, THE DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENTS FUND AND THE
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1995-96 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No. 95-48 dated June 19, 1995; and
WHEREAS, grants needs to be recognized and appropriated,
WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the'Common Council of the City of Springfield
as follows:
Section 1. The recognition and appropriation of grants in the Special Revenue Fund.

1995, are transferred and re-appropriated in the General Fund, the Street Fund, the Sewer Operations
Fund, the Metro Wasterwater Fund, the Vehicle and Equipment Fund, the Development Assessments
Fund, and the Development Projects Fund.
