Specific Placement Locations: Stem wall - north side of garage
NOTE~
Observed the placement of epoxy anchors at the stem wall, north side of garage. Four holes were drilled
(two on east side, two on west side) using a I" diameter bit. Minimum embeddment depth of 7 7/8" was
verified. 7/8" diameter all thread bolts were installed using Epcon Ceramic 6 Formual in accordance with
the manufacturer's directions. Prior to installation, the holes were cleaned with compressed air and a
nylon wire brush. Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional servcices are needed.
