APPLICATION AND AGREEHENT FOR SEWER HOOKUP
Application is hcrcby made by the undersicned property owner for pcrmission
to conncct the following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, owncd
and maintaincd by thc City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hook~p charge
of $4.50 per front foot of the property for the first 150 fe6t in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in licu of an assessment against the described
property. An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additio~al~
property beYOn~ t~e first 150 feet. '~

Beginning at a point on the south line of the William Y. Miller Donation Lan~- ~
Claim No. 48, Township 17 South, Range 2 West, Wi11amette Meridian, said point
being 730 feet W~st from the Southeast corner of said claim, running thence
south to the north line of the McKenzie Highway, which is the true point of
beginning of this description, thence Easterly along the North line of said
highway 85 feet, thence North 00 12' West 170 feet more or less to the center
line of a sewer easement to the City of Springfield, thence westerly along the
centerline of said sewer easement to a point which is North 00 12' West from
the place of beginning, thence South 00 12' East 175 feet more or less to the
McKenzie Highway to the point of beginning all in Lane County, Oregon.

This agreement has been computed as being one-half (':1) of the equivalent cost
of an eight (8) inch lateral sanitary sewer at the rate of $4.50 per abutting
front foot and does not include the cost of a house connection to said city sewer,
sewer user charges, plumbing permits or other such costs to be assumed by the
property owner.
