Our services have been secured by the Oregon Department of Forestry to assist them in
obtaining electrical permits, and evaluating and completing the electrical wiring of a
facility building occupied by the Department of Fish & Game located at:

This electrical installation was started by ODF staff and approx. four office area rooms
were covered prior to inspection. Our company has tested and checked and corrected any
deficiencies that were identified, We were not able to visually inspect any of the wiring
that was covered prior to the installation of sheetrock therefore the only de~ermination
that can be made about this phase ,?f the electrical installation is that our metering/testing
does not indicate any problems with the insulation of the wiring at this time.
Our company assumes no liability should there be a degradation or fault with this
installation in the future.
The orily electrical wiring that was visually inspected was in the main conference room
on the south side of the building by me and Brian Richardson (Electricallnspector) for
the City of Springfield.
