RESOLUTI ON
NO. 95-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD COMMON COUNCIL ADOPTING FEES AS SHOWN
IN EXHIBIT A.
WHEREAS, the fees shown in Exhibit A represent the average actual cost for
service provided by the Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS. the City of Springfield recognizes the need of having those
receiving special benefit from municipal services pay for the average actual
costs of those services to reduce operating costs for taxpayers and
ratepayers; and.
WHEREAS. the fees shown in Exhibit A represent incurred costs as defined ln
Article 11. Section 11b of the Oregon Constitution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Springfield
that the City Manager or his designee is authorized to use the attached rate
structure (EXHIBIT A) in administering the City Code and calculating the fees
as identified.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Springfield this ~ day of
March' . 1995, by a vote of 6 for and 0 against.
