RESOLUTION NO. 95-10

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS; ADJUSTING
BEGINNING CASH BALANCES; AND RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING PROCEEDS
AND DONATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, THE
BANCROFT REDEMPTION FUND, THE BOND SINKING FUND, THE TRANSIENT ROOM
TAX FUND AND THE BOOTH KELLY FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1994-95 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No. 94-31 dated June 20, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year
1994-95 result in an amount of estimated total expenditures by the City for the fiscal year that differs
by more than 10 percent for the Bancroft Redemption Fund and the Booth Kelly Fund; and
Whereas, notice of such public hearing including information regarding such revenues and
expenditures was published in a newspaper of general circulation not less than 14 days prior to the
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain beginning cash balances need to be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, proceeds and donations from the General Fund, the Special Revenue Fund, and
the Booth Kelly Fund need to be recognized and appropriated; and

WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred and reappropriated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield
as follows:
Section 1. Adjustment of beginning cash balances, the recognition and appropriation of
interfund transfers, certain donations and anticipated proceeds in the General Fund, the Special
Revenue Fund, the Bancroft Redemption Fund, the Bond Sinking Fund, the Transient Room Tax Fund
and the Booth Kelly Fund as follows:
