BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD:
Section 1: That a vacation application was initiated by the applicant
(Branch Engineering) on December 27, 1994.
Section 2: That it is expedient and necessary for the welfare of
City of Springfield that the above mentioned lots be considered
vacation.

Section 3: That notice of the intention of this Council to
the vacation of the above mentioned lots shall be advertised

Section 4: That two notices of the intention of this Council to
consider the vacation of the above mentioned lots shall be posted on the
premises which are hereby intended for consideration for vacation.
Section 5: That a public hearing will be held in the Springfield City
Council Meeting Room, Fifth and A Streets, Springfield, Oregon, on February
( (~\6, 1995, for the purpose of hearing any and all persons for or against the
~ ~G~osed vacation.
