Tax Lot 1704
The purpose of this project is to subdivide tax lot 1704 into 5 parcels. The property
currently has a residence. The existing house is located at the south end of the I'.vI'".;j,
Public water, wastewater and stormwater utilities are located in and on North A Street,
other utilities are in a 7' public utility easement along the south property line and in a 15'
PUE in the land partition to the north. The zoning and metro plan designation for this
area is LDR.
The ,..wI'".;j is 185.00 feet in the north-south dimension and 150.00 feet in the east-west
dimension
