Description of Proposal
The applicant submitted a Serial Property Line Adjustment Application to reconfigure three contiguous
parcels fronting onto West D Street. The affected parcels are as follows: Assessors Map Number 17-03-
34-13, Tax Lots 7100 and 7202 (currently vacant); and Map Number 17-03-34-14, Tax Lot 3000
(municipally addressed as 558 West D Street} This application received tentative approval December 16,
2008.
Final Map Approval
Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies of the recorded declarations and easements,
and certification that the conditions of approval have been met. A copy of the recorded declaration of
property line adjustment and private slope easements, recording numbers 2009-021249 and 2.009-021250
were delivered to the City on April 30, 2009.
