Attached is a drawing which represents.the existing grades on the adjusted lots, This is in.
response to condition No..1 of the tentative approval. If this meets your approval, please.contact
. me and we will submit the final survey which will conclude this adjustment. If you need additional
information or have any questions in this matter, please contact me at your convenience.
In regard to conditions NO.2 and No 3, the owner applicant will ensure that existing utilities will
not be impacted by construction and the City will be contacted for driveway/curb cut and building
permit requirements.
